Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Further re: Disposal of Properties

The Company is pleased to announce that completion of the sales of the Neil House/ Osborn Street, Whitechapel and Oldfield Road, Maidenhead properties for which it announced exchange of contracts on 4 October 2007, has now taken place and the proceeds of the disposals, amounting to ‚£13 million in cash, have been received.
