The Board of Oak is pleased to confirm that that Mike Williams, who oversees the financial function of the Company as announced on 26 June 2009, has been appointed a director of the Company and as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
The following additional information is given in accordance with Rule 17 and schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules regarding Mike Williams. Other than the information contained within this announcement, there is no further information in relation to Mike Williams required to be disclosed by the AIM Rules.
