30 January 2008 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") Further re: Directorate change
Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company announces the further details required for the appointment of Terence Bate as the Company's chairman.
Mr Bate is currently a director of Charanga Limited. During the last five years, Mr Bate was a director of: Hawk-Eye Innovations Limited, The Television Corporation Limited and Mentorn Group Limited.
Mr Bate is beneficially interested in 3,025,000 ordinary shares in Talent, equivalent to 18.66 per cent of the issued share capital and the voting rights of the Company.
Mr Bate has confirmed that there are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
