Cashbox PLC11 April 2007 Cashbox plc Result of Appeal against dismissal by former CEO Further to the Interims announcement on 30 March 2007, the Board appointed anindependent Non-Executive Director to undertake the appeal hearing in relationto Carl Thomas' dismissal from the Company. This Appeal Hearing took placeyesterday and Carl Thomas' appeal was unsuccessful. Chairman Anthony Sharp has executive responsibility for an interim period untila new Chief Executive is appointed and a search is underway.
