Further to the Company's announcement of 5 July 2017, the Company announces that FCA approval of Anthony Hotson's appointment as an Executive Director and to the position of Chief Executive Officer has now been received. As a result, Dr. Hotson's appointment as the Company's Chief Executive Officer has now become effective.
