On 5 December 2022, the Company announced the appointment of Ben Procter to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and as an executive director of the Company subject to Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") approval. The Company is pleased to announce that FCA approval of Ben's appointment has now been received. Ben will join the Board immediately following the Company's Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2023.
