On 13 September 2017 the Company announced the appointment of Philip Anderson as the Company's Finance Director and as an executive director of the Company, subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval. The Company announces that FCA approval of Philip Anderson's appointment has now been received and that as a result, Mr Anderson's appointment to the board of directors has now become effective.
