Further re: Director Appointment

Further to the announcement of 21 June 2012, notifying the appointment of Mr Christopher Garret Thunen as Non-Executive Director, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.

Mr. Christopher Thunen, 35, is a Vice President in the Capital Markets Advisory Group at Merriman Capital, Inc., where he is responsible for coordinating client banking activities. Mr. Thunen holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. from Yale University, and a B.A. from Amherst College. He is admitted to the State Bars of California and Connecticut and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 securities licenses.

Christopher is interested in 500,000 ordinary shares of Enova, representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's total issued share capital. Christopher also has warrants to purchase up to 500,000 ordinary shares, at an exercise price of $0.22, exercisable for up to five years from 30 December 2011.
