Re: DCC plc Board Changes
In relation to the appointment of Mr. David Byrne to the Board of DCC plc announced on 28 October 2008 and taking effect on 1 January 2009, Mr. Byrne was a director of Irish Life & Permanent plc up until May 2008 and is currently a director of Kingspan plc. There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
In relation to the appointment of Mr. Kevin Melia to the Board of DCC plc announced on 28 October 2008 and taking effect on 1 December 2008, Mr. Melia was a director of eircom Group plc up until August 2006, of Horizon Technology Group plc up until March 2004 and of Manugistics Group Inc. up until July 2006. He was also the non-executive chairman of Iona Technologies plc up until September 2008. There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
