Change of Name to Ingenta plc

Further to the announcement made on 10 May 2016, the Company confirms that the change of name to Ingenta plc will become effective on 12 May 2016 and that the Company's London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change from PTO to ING on the following day (13 May 2016). Ingenta plc shares will continue to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
