The following update has been made to the announcement released on 20 January 2010 at 10:44 RNS number 8399F to include the titles of the share schemes to be covered by the blocklisting.

Application for a block listing of 1,000,000 Grafton Units which may be issued under the 1999 Grafton Group Share Scheme and the Grafton Group (UK) plc Approved Company Share Option Scheme ('the Share Schemes') has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for admission to the official lists and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these Units to be admitted to trading. These Units will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of entitlements pursuant to the Share Schemes and will rank pari passu with existing Grafton Units.
