FURTHER RE APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement of 16 January 2017 of the appointment of Ilan Tzorya as Non-Executive Director, Veltyco Group plc confirms that Mr. Tzorya is beneficially interested in the 10,688,000 ordinary shares held by DTIG Holding Limited, as announced on 22 September 2016, representing approximately 15.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
