13 January 2006Appointment of DirectorAs previously notified in connection with the acquisition of Unilog SA,following completion of the voluntary unconditional cash Tender Offer to UnilogShareholders, Didier Herrmann was appointed as an executive director of theCompany, with effect from 10 January 2006.In accordance with section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule3.1.2R, the Company was duly notified by Didier Herrmann that he is interestedin 7,376,495 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
