Further re. appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Further to the Company's recent announcement regarding the appointment of David Lindsay as Chief Executive Officer, the Company is delighted to announce that David has been appointed to the board of the Group with immediate effect, following completion of the nominated adviser's standard on-boarding processes.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

David Lindsay, aged 65, is currently or has previously been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:

David currently holds 2,600,000 ordinary shares in TP Group plc.

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
