Further re: Agreement for Services

The Company advises that, further to the update of 2 February 2015, its partners are still conducting their due diligence into the life settlement polices which may be subject to the orders.

Accordingly, the Company has not started to provide its administrative services to its partners and is yet to receive the expected respective payment of $300,000 due on completion of the orders.

The directors remain hopeful that its partners can conclude their due diligence satisfactorily and will update the market further in due course.
