Datacash Group PLC26 February 2007 26 February 2007 DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company") Further re Acquisition The Board of DataCash has been informed by the Board of NetGiro International AB("NetGiro International") that it has received an alternative proposal to thatwhich was announced by DataCash on 8 February 2007. Consequently, at theExtraordinary General Meeting convened for today at 9.00 a.m. (10.00 a.m.Swedish time), while the resolution to approve the change of Articles ofAssociation that would have empowered the Board of NetGiro International to sellNetGiro Systems AB ("NetGiro") has proceeded and been passed, the resolution toapprove the acquisition by DataCash has been adjourned while the Board ofNetGiro International considers the alternative proposal. The Board of DataCashcontinues to monitor the situation. The Board of DataCash will provide an update in due course.
