Huntsworth PLC31 October 2006 HUNTSWORTH PLC ("the Company") Acquisition of Mmd Group The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 19 October 2006, theacquisition of certain shares and assets of Mmd Central & Eastern Europe Limitedand its subsidiaries and Raxton Communications Limited (together "the Mmd Group") has been completed. As part of the initial consideration, application hasbeen made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for atotal of 5,397,807 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company to be admitted tothe Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to become effective and trading is expected to commence on6 November 2006.
