Further re Acquisition of Inspirit Energy Limited

KleenAir (AIM:KSI) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today the Resolutions put to Shareholders were passed, including the approval of (i) the proposed Acquisition of Inspirit Energy Limited, (ii) the approval of a waiver of Rule 9 of the City Code and (iii) the proposed change of name to Inspirit Energy Holdings plc.

Completion of the Acquisition and Admission of the new ordinary shares will occur on 25 July 2013, subject to prior receipt of the last outstanding Subscription funds.

Defined terms in this announcement should be taken to have the same meaning as set out in the circular which was posted to shareholders on 1 July 2013.
