Datacash Group PLC07 September 2007 DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company") Further re Proposed Acquisition of NetGiro Systems AB ("NetGiro") On 16 April 2007 the Company announced it was pursuing legal action againstNetGiro International AB ("NetGiro International") for breaches of the Sale andPurchase Agreement entered into between DataCash and NetGiro International on 8February 2007 relating to the acquisition of NetGiro by DataCash. In addition,the Company also announced it was pursuing legal action against one of theshareholders of NetGiro International as a result of the conduct of thatshareholder in the period leading up to the extraordinary general meeting("EGM") of NetGiro International which was held on 30 March 2007 and at the EGMitself. The Board of DataCash is pleased to announce that it has reached a satisfactorysettlement with NetGiro International and the shareholder referred to above andno further legal action is being taken.
