Further extension of Jubilee joint venture deadline

In light of the continuing appeal by BMR against the cancellation of its mining right in respect of its Kabwe operation, BMR and Jubilee Metals Group PLC have agreed to extend the deadline for formalisation of their joint venture, as announced on 23 October 2017, from 31 March 2018 until the later of (a) 30 April 2018; or (b) the date falling 10 days after the date on which the mining right is restored.
