Confirmation regarding debt financing arrangements

Earlier today, the Company announced that Meditor European Master Fund Limited had agreed in principle to various technical matters in relation to the Company's revolving credit facility, pending independent Shareholder approval of the Company's continued use of such facility. The Company is pleased to announce that it has now entered into full form documentation in relation to such arrangements.
