Ventus VCT plc06 April 2005 6 April 2005 Ventus VCT plc Final Allotment of Shares for 2004-05 Tax Year Ventus VCT plc announces that yesterday it allotted a further 423,665 OrdinaryShares of 25p each pursuant to its Offer for Subscription. These OrdinaryShares rank pari passu in all respects with each other and with the existingOrdinary Shares. Dealings in the newly-allotted Ordinary Shares are expected tocommence on 7 April 2005. This allotment of Ordinary Shares is the finalallotment in the 2004-05 tax year. Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 12,794,020Ordinary Shares. The Offer for Subscription remains open until 31 May 2005 at 3 p.m. unlessclosed or extended before that time.
