Candover Investments plc - Fund ValuationsIn view of the requirement to report to investors in the Candover 1997 and 2001Funds prior to the formal announcement of Candover's results on 14 March 2005,Candover is today releasing its valuation of those Funds as at 31 December2004. Candover coinvests alongside the Funds, but is not an investor in them.The investments of the Candover 1997 Fund were valued at 30 June 2004 at ‚£13.2mafter adjusting for disposals. The Fund has now been valued at 31 December 2004at ‚£52.9m which is an increase of ‚£39.7m over the valuation at 30 June 2004.The investments of the Candover 2001 Fund were valued at 30 June 2004 at ¢â€š¬1,364.6m after adjusting for additions and disposals. The Fund has now beenvalued at 31 December 2004 at ¢â€š¬1,510.0m which is an increase of ¢â€š¬145.4m overthe valuation at 30 June 2004.ENDRelated Shares:
