Impax Asset Management Group plc announces €141m private equity fund raising
Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax") today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Impax Asset Management Ltd, has raised €141m of capital commitments for its second private equity fund, Impax New Energy Investors II LP ("NEF II").
As part of this fund raising, Impax has committed to invest €2m in NEF II.
NEF II is focused on investment opportunities in independent power companies and projects in the renewable energy sector across the European Union.
