LSR Group Reports Operating Results for 2015

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, is publishing the operating results for full year 2015.

2015 Operational Highlights

• New contract sales - 611 th m2 (-39%). Value of the contracts - RUB 54.9bn (-36%),

• New contract sales 4Q vs 3Q 2015 - 228 th m2 vs 155 th m2 (+47%),

• 984 th m2 (-7%) of NSA launched to the market,

• Construction volume decreased by 12%, down to 874 th m2,

• Increase in sales of bricks - 348 th m3 (+4%).
