Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), an independent oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of northern Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), is pleased to announce that on 11 August 2010, the Group was allocated a UK nationality classification in accordance with the FTSE Nationality Practice Note. The Company's inclusion in the FTSE UK Index Series will be subject to ratification at the next index quarterly review in accordance with the FTSE Ground Rules.
