FSFM Registered RusHydro RUR 40 bln Bond Issues

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia has registered domestic bond issues of series 03, 04, 05, 06, each comprising 10 mln securities with a par value of RUR 1,000.

The Company will determine the time and amount of placement with regard to the market situation and financing needs.

Raising of debt in the amount of RUR 40 bln was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on August 30, 2011.
