Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM:FRR), an independent international oil and gas exploration and production company, today announces the retirement of Mr. Stephen E. McGregor from the Company's Board of Directors and as Chief Financial Officer, following more than ten years of dedicated service, with immediate effect.
