Eurotunnel PLC/Eurotunnel S.A.12 January 2007 12 January 2007Immediate release Eurotunnel signs pay agreement with French workers Eurotunnel has today, 12 January 2007, signed a pay agreement for 2007 with allof the company's French Trades Unions. The agreement is for: -A salary increase of 2.25%, backdated to 01 January 2007; -An exceptional bonus of 200•, to be paid at the end of the financialrestructuring (upon completion of the share exchange offer). In parallel, an agreement on a profit sharing scheme which could reach 1000•foreach of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009, will be concluded by the end of January2007. This scheme is in line with the profit sharing scheme proposed by thecompany at the end of December 2005 and negotiated during 2006.
