Four year output agreement with DreamWorks Studios

Entertainment One Ltd., the international entertainment group, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive four-year output agreement with DreamWorks Studios ("DreamWorks") to distribute the Company's films in all media across the UK and Benelux.

DreamWorks Studios was formed in 2009 and is a partnership between Steven Spielberg, Stacey Snider and The Reliance ADA Group. The Company's recent releases include "Real Steel," starring Hugh Jackman and directed by Shawn Levy, Steven Spielberg's "War Horse," which was nominated for six Academy Awards including Best Picture, and "The Help," which earned over $200 million at the box office and received four Academy Award nominations.

The first film under the agreement will be the remake of Starbuck, starring Vince Vaughn, for release in 2013.
