VMOTO DELIVERS ELECTRIC FOUR-WHEEL CLEANING VEHICLES TO NANJING

Announcement 13 AUGUST 2013

Vmoto Limited ("Vmoto" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has delivered two trial electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles to the district government in Jianye District, Nanjing ("Jianye District Government").

This trial represents a potential additional source of revenue for the Company, which is one of a number of supply opportunities the Company has been actively pursuing and working on in China. This project has been developed as Vmoto management positions itself to take advantage of its international branding and expertise in electric vehicle production, and works well in conjunction with its rapidly growing electric two-wheel vehicle manufacturing operations.

Nanjing City, the capital of Jiangsu Province in China, is due to host the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in August 2014. To prepare the city for the upcoming Youth Olympic Games, Nanjing Government has set a Games-related budget of RMB2 billion (approximately AUD355 million) and has embarked on various programs to develop, upgrade and improve the environment of the city for the upcoming international sporting event.

As at the end of 2012, Nanjing City had a residential population of over 8 million and Jiangsu Province had a residential population of over 79 million and is one of the largest cities in China.

The electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles delivered to Jianye District Government were produced by Vmoto's appointed manufacturer on an Original Equipment Manufacture ("OEM") basis and branded Vmoto to supply to potential government organisations in China.

These electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles have a number of advanced functions including the ability to vacuum dirt and debris, strong climbing capacity and limited noise while in operation. They can be modified to suit different requirements of the customer and are developed specifically to target government organisations.

Subject to final trial and satisfaction of Jianye District Government, Vmoto is hopeful that the new venture will turn into more revenue and profit for the Company. It is expected that each unit of Vmoto's electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles will generate revenue of approximately AUD18,700.

Based on discussions with Jianye District Government, they estimated to procure up to 100 units of electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles for use in Jianye District, Nanjing and it is estimated that up to 1,000 units of electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles are planned to be in used in whole of Nanjing city.

Commenting on the trial of Vmoto's electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles, Charles Chen, Vmoto's Managing Director, said: "The trial of these electric four-wheel cleaning vehicles is an important step for Vmoto not only in developing important government relationships in Nanjing City for a cleaner and greener environment but also as an expansion of Vmoto's business plan in the general electric vehicle market. If the trial is successful the orders could prove to be highly lucrative for the Company and augment our top and bottom lines".
