The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 01 June 2020 at 10.14am under RNS No. 5276O.
The title of the RNS has been amended to 'Founder/Chairman share purchase'. All other details remain unchanged.

Founder/Chairman share purchase
AdEPT (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, was notified on 29 May 2020 that Ian Fishwick, the Company's Chairman has purchased of 36,488 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 219p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Ian Fishwick is interested in 747,811 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.99 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
