Former Plymouth City Airport Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 9 February 2024, and having since taken appropriate legal advice, the Company notifies that it has today responded to Plymouth City Council's letter, rebutting their claims that Plymouth City Airport Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is in breach of certain terms of its leases and the Company has demanded that the wrongfully served s146 notices are withdrawn.

The Company will provide a further update once Plymouth City Council responds to the Company's letter.
