Former employee files claim against Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A.

On 6 October 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. ("ARTEAR") had been served notice of a labor claim filed against it by Mr. Carlos José Contepomi in connection with his dismissal. The claim, "CONTEPOMI, CARLOS JOSÉ v. ARTE RADIOTELEVISIVO ARGENTINO S.A. RE/ DISMISSAL - File No. 35729/2023" is pending before Labour Court No. 30. Mr. Contepomi seeks payment of AR$ 1,622,673,315.61, plus interest and litigation costs.

ARTEAR, with the assistance of legal counsel, shall exercise its defence rights in this litigation.
