FORMER AIRPORT SITE NEWS RELEASE

The Company has commissioned two new independent reports to provide further research on the feasibility of running and operating an airport from the former airport site in Derriford, Plymouth. Both reports, from aviation specialists Fjori and Bickerdike Allen Partners, support the Company's submissions that previous or future commercial airport operations to deliver scheduled services for the general public are not viable from the site. The Company is continuing towards achieving planning consent to develop the site for alternative use.

Note:

Plymouth City Airport Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company, holds a legal interest in the 113 acre former airport site.

Plymouth City Airport Limited ceased airport operations on 23 December 2011, and in accordance with its legal obligations, is working with Plymouth City Council (PCC), to achieve best value from alternative use of the site whereupon net proceeds will be split 75:25 in favour of PCC.
