Sweett Group continues global diversification through formation of Americanjoint venture company

Sweett Group, the international property and infrastructure consultancy, is pleased to announce that it has formed a joint venture company with VVA LLC (VVA), its American alliance partner. The joint venture company, VVA Sweett Limited, is registered in the State of New York, with each party owning 50% of the joint venture company's shares. 

Through the joint venture company, Sweett Group and VVA will jointly market and deliver a combined project management and cost management service offering across the Americas. The two parties will also capitalise on cross-selling opportunities across their combined global network of offices.

Dean Webster, Chief Executive Officer, Sweett Group, said:
