THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES THE FORM 8 (OPD) ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED UNDER RNS NUMBER 0114D ON 24 JUNE 2021.
The following correction has been made to reflect the correct position as at 17 June 2021: the interests in ordinary shares of Sigma Capital Group plc held by the close relatives, related trusts and connected persons of directors of Sigma Capital Group plc have been added as a new section 3(B) with the subsequent section being re-numbered to section 3(C) accordingly. All other information remains unchanged.
