Details, including nature of the rights concerned and relevant percentages: | As announced on 5 February 2021, Ganfeng has agreed to exercise its pre-emptive right to subscribe for a total of 53,333,333 new ordinary shares in Bacanora Lithium Plc. Completion of this investment was conditional upon obtaining certain approvals and consents from authorities in the People's Republic of China which have now been received and the subscription is expected to complete shortly. On completion of its investment Ganfeng will hold 110,933,697 shares, representing 28.88% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Following the subscription, Ganfeng will retain its pre-emption right granted pursuant to its strategic investment in Bacanora on 14 October 2019. This pre-emption right gives Ganfeng the option to maintain its shareholding at its current level in the event of the issue of new shares by Bacanora. |
