The Companyinvested £100,000 in October 2013 in Rosslyn Analytics Ltd., RDT's mainoperating subsidiary in the UK, and its resultant shareholding in RDT is303,368 ordinary shares. Rosslyn Data Technologies is the first of theCompany's investment portfolio to achieve flotation.
