First Payment of Loan Note Received

The Company was informed today that, as anticipated in the General Meeting circular dated 15th November 2013, the first instalment of principal of £333,333 has been received in accordance with the terms of the Loan Note together with accrued interest. The next instalment of £83,333 is due on 21st February 2014, and thereafter quarterly.

Shareholders are reminded that the latest date for receipt of proxies is 3rd December 2013. The circular and proxy form are available on the company's website www.aimshell.co.uk
