New contract; first deployment of CitronGO!
Globo plc ("Globo" or the "Company"; LSE-AIM: GBO), a leader in the Information and Communications Technology market in Greece, announces that it has been awarded a project worth €191,200 from the Municipality of Kiparissia. Globo will provide specialised software and services for the deployment of an e-Government Services Portal which will be based on Globo's existing IP in the field of e-business. The portal will also leverage Globo's new mobile technology, CitronGO!, enabling the Municipality to interact with the public via the mobile channel through messaging, alerts, information feeds and similar services.
The project will be completed by the end of 2009 with all of the revenues being earned in the current year.

Apart from adding to our successful track record in the e-Business market, this project will see the first commercial deployment of our mobile technology, CitronGO!".
