("Greenhouse" or "the Company")
First day of dealings on AIM
The Board of the Company (to be renamed Molectra Group Limited) is pleased to announce the admission of the Company's entire issued share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
The Company is a Jersey domiciled company whose principal investment and operating business is based and managed in Australia through its wholly owned subsidiary, Molectra Australia Pty Ltd ("Molectra Australia"). Molectra Australia operates a waste tyre re-cycling facility in Brisbane, Australia. The business is based on a process that re-cycles and recovers materials including crumb rubber (and potentially, following further processes, oil and carbon) from used vehicle tyres. The crumb rubber generated from waste tyres can then be re-bonded into a range of moulded rubber products.
As proposed in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 16 July 2008, with effect from today, four new directors have been appointed to the Board of the Company, namely, Paul Gazzard as Chief Executive Officer, Rodger Sargent as Chief Financial Officer, John Geza Dobozy as Chief Technical Officer and David Hassum as Non-executive Director.
The name change will become effective on the issue of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by the Companies Registry in Jersey. The Company expects confirmation to be forthcoming shortly and will make a further announcement at that time.
Following admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 203,225,000 participating shares of nil par value. The Company's does not hold any shares in treasury.
