Findings of Forensic Investigation in Ukraine

In its preliminary results announcement dated 29 March 2018, the Company reported that KPMG had been appointed to investigate certain issues in the Company's Ukrainian subsidiary relating to the appointment and payment of legal advisers. As further explained in the Company's annual report published yesterday, KPMG's investigation has now finished without reaching conclusions of wrongdoing. However, a number of procedural failings have been identified which, as a matter of priority, the Company is now considering how to address.
