 FINANCING UPDATE

 Plethora announces that it is in urgent discussions with third parties regarding a financing to enable the Company to meet its immediate working capital needs.

 The Company remains focussed on its main asset, PSD502. The Company is therefore undertaking an urgent strategic review of its ongoing commitment to The Urology Company.

 A further announcement will be made in due course.
