Financing Update
- Convertible Loan Notes of £1.5m repaid -
The Board of Phorm (AIM: PHRM), a leading internet personalisation technology company, is pleased to announce that the convertible loan notes issued to a new investor referred to in the announcement dated 20 March 2013 have been repaid and the related security and all other obligations have been discharged. The Company had previously drawn down the first tranche of the convertible loan notes, being £1.5m. This amount has now been repaid in full along with interest costs of £300,000. These were repaid from the £7.15m placing announced in 23 April 2013.
