Cobham plc - Financial Conduct Authority Notification

Further to the announcement on 27 March 2017, Cobham plc ("Cobham" or the "Company") confirms that it has received the formal notice of appointment of investigators from the FCA. The notice states that the FCA will investigate whether the Company breached: the Listing Rules during the period from 11 April 2016 to 16 February 2017; the Disclosure and Transparency Rules during the period 11 April 2016 to 16 February 2017; and/or the Market Abuse Regulation during the period 3 July 2016 to 16 February 2017. The Company will co-operate fully with the investigation but does not intend to update the market further until completion of the investigation.
