Appointment of Goldman Sachs as Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker

Unite is pleased to announce the appointment of Goldman Sachs International ("Goldman Sachs") as financial adviser and joint corporate broker with immediate effect.

Goldman Sachs will work alongside the Company's existing corporate brokers, J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Deutsche Numis.

Goldman Sachs is also advising the Unite Board on options for further asset disposals, in line with the Company's announced strategy to accelerate its repositioning towards a more focused, higher-quality portfolio aligned to the strongest universities.
