The following final terms are available for viewing:

(a) final terms dated 18 March 2026 for SW (FINANCE) I PLC's £50,000,000 Sub-Class A21 5.750% Fixed Rate Class A Guaranteed Bonds due 19 November 2030 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £575,000,000 Sub-Class A21 5.750% Fixed Rate Class A Guaranteed Bonds due 19 November 2030) (the "2030 Tap Bonds") (the "2030 Tap Bonds Final Terms") issued under its £10,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme"); and

(b) final terms dated 18 March 2026 for SW (FINANCE) I PLC's £150,000,000 Sub-Class A22 6.125% Fixed Rate Class A Guaranteed Bonds due 19 November 2033 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £300,000,000 Sub-Class A22 6.125% Fixed Rate Class A Guaranteed Bonds due 19 November 2033) (the "2033 Tap Bonds" and, together with the 2030 Tap Bonds, the "Bonds") (the "2033 Tap Bonds Final Terms" and, together with the 2030 Tap Bonds Final Terms, the "Final Terms") issued under its Programme.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 10 November 2025 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation.
