Publication of Final Terms

As part of the dual listed company structure, Investec plc and Investec Limited notify both the London Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited of matters which are required to be disclosed under the Listing Rules of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and/or the JSE Listing Requirements.

Re: Final Terms dated 28 January 2026 in relation to Investec plc's GBP 300,000,000 5.625 per cent. Callable Fixed Rate Resettable Subordinated Notes due 2036 (ISIN: XS3278764579) (the "Notes") issued under Investec plc's GBP 6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") (the "Final Terms").

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc with effect from 30 January 2026.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 12 January 2026 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

A copy of the Final Terms will also be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's Electronic Submission Service and may shortly be viewed on the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
