FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED - JUNE 30, 2008

We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on Thursday August 21, 2008 at 11.30am at 6-A Muhammad Ali Housing Society, A. Aziz Hashim Tabba Street, Karachi-75350 recommended the following:

(i) Cash Dividend Nil

(ii) Bonus Issue Nil

 (iii) Right Issue Nil

 (iv) Interim Dividend Nil

The 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2008 at 10.30am at the registered office of the Company situated at factory premises Pezu, District Lakki Marwat, N.W.F.P.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, October 8, 2008 to Wednesday October 15, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting.
